Part 1: cleaning and repairs per post

We are not responsible for damage that is caused by the nature of your garment and which we cannot detect through a professional inspection of the goods (e.g. damage due to insufficient strength of the fabric and seams, insufficient authenticity of dyeings and prints, shrinkage, impregnation, previous improper use Treatment, hidden foreign objects and other hidden defects). If necessary, please contact the manufacturer directly.

We only work after payment in advance. After paying via our online system, the invoice will only be sent to you by email. The following payment methods are available: Sofortüberweisung, PayPal and credit card. If you bring your items with you on site, you can pay in cash or with an EC card.

Send your items of clothing to us via a parcel service or deliver the items yourself in Berlin during our opening hours. Please ensure that your parcel is adequately insured.

After the goods have been received, work on your garment will begin according to your requirements. All articles are checked for soiling and possible damage upon receiving of the goods. If we notice anything during this check, we will contact you to discuss possible solutions.

Your item of clothing will be returned by a parcel service (DHL). This at your expense against payment of the specified shipping costs. The delivery is made to the delivery address you provided, or can also be picked up on site (Königstraße 23, 14109 Berlin).

With your assignment, you expressly allow us to pass on your personal data to the parcel service provider.

In the event that the parcel service returns undeliverable parcels to us, you will receive a message from us with a request for a written disposition. If you do not give us a disposition within the specified period, the package and its contents will be disposed of 6 months after the period has expired.

We are not liable for damage or loss in transit. In this regard, please contact the parcel service provider directly. Check your parcel directly upon delivery. Immediate complaint and proof are also particularly required here. Mark this on the delivery receipt or delivery device of the parcel service provider and report the damage directly to the parcel service.

If the item of clothing is lost in our care / dry cleaning Coton or for any other legal reason, we are only liable for financial compensation up to the current value of the processed item. We are only liable for processing damage in the event of willful intent or gross negligence up to the current value. Otherwise any further liability is limited to 5 times the processing price. To determine the current value, the receipt for the item to be processed must be presented.

We charge a processing fee of € 17.40 (incl. 19% VAT) for each item sent in that is returned untreated (plus shipping costs). Please note that there will also be costs for professional destruction.

Please understand that we cannot carry out the handling, goods inspection, packaging and shipping for free. These expenses arise for each part sent.

2.2 Payment and costs

All prices include VAT at the statutory rate.

All services are offered upon payment in advance. If the payment fails and is not paid in full before the start of the pick-up and delivery time window (working days from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.), your items will be picked up the following day.

In the rare event that we cannot meet you on site and cannot reach you by phone, please note that a fee in amount of 50% of the applicable collection and delivery costs for your location will be charged for each unsuccessful collection and delivery attempt.

The end customer is responsible for ensuring that the service can be received in the agreed period and at the agreed location in a circumstance that is acceptable to the service provider.

2.3 Acceptance of the items to be cleaned

The service provider reserves the right not to accept individual items due to their condition, size or weight or to charge additional cleaning fees. Upon receipt of the goods, the service provider may adjust the number of items to be cleaned and washed if there is a discrepancy between the items specified online and the items actually delivered. Before cleaning the items, the difference must first be settled by the end customer: cleaning only takes place upon payment in advance.

2.4 Pickup and delivery times

The pick-up and delivery times are Monday to Friday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The delivery dates are agreed in 3 working days at the same times of the day when the contract is concluded. If you wish, you can choose the 24 hour express service to receive your items the next day (excluding weekends). The items will be delivered to the same address.

2.5 Liability of the service provider

In the event of damage, the current value of a textile applies according to the specifications of the German textile cleaning association.

2.6 Termination / cancellation

The contractual relationship between the service provider and the customer regarding the use of the online service can be terminated by the user at any time without giving reasons. The mutual contractual obligations from the main service contract are not affected by this. The service provider can properly terminate the contract with a notice period of two weeks to the end of each calendar month. The right to terminate the contract without notice for an important reason remains unaffected. The termination can be in text form (e.g. by email or contact form). More about this in our cancellation policy.

The service provider reserves the right to cancel the order at any time if there are indications of an incorrect order (e.g. joke order / misuse of vouchers / fraudulent payment).

The agent reserves the right to offset invoices that have already been paid as a voucher or top-up on the personal prepaid card. A payout of the personal prepaid card or a voucher is excluded.

Part 3: Alternative dispute resolution

This platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online purchase or service contracts in which a consumer is involved.

The seller is neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
